Description

  • Communicate with customers across multiple platforms, systems, and databases to research, track, and resolve applicant issues.
  • Handle difficult customer interactions and escalate or refer cases to senior team members when needed.
  • Log detailed customer information and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Review identity and supporting documents to verify authenticity and establish identification.
  • Process tasks according to standard operating procedures and stay current with changing guidelines.
  • Provide case management support by triaging cases and service tickets.
  • Assist with applicant data corrections and document uploads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service tickets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Strong phone etiquette.
  • Experience documenting notes and case details accurately.
  • Ability to research and review case history.
  • Adherence to standards and guidelines.
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Ticketing system experience preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen due to federal contract requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
  • Remote position with occasional travel of less than 10% as needed for project, client, team, or training events.
