Description

  • Lead and develop Store Managers through coaching, succession planning, and accountability practices.
  • Own regional performance across brand stores and factory outlets, delivering sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
  • Champion an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Arc’teryx brand and builds long-term loyalty.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Community teams on launches, events, and activations.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Operations, Finance, People, and Marketing to ensure a consistent retail experience.
  • Use data and commercial insights to improve traffic, conversion, productivity, inventory health, and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe, high-performance culture across the region.
  • Build relationships with retail partners and local outdoor communities to strengthen regional brand presence.
  • Lead through change during new store openings, shifting business priorities, and organizational change.
  • Recruit and develop a talent pipeline to support future growth and leadership development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading teams and driving retail operations.
  • Experience leading retail operations or district management for owned retail.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive collaboration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.
  • Willingness and availability to travel, and to work weekends or holidays occasionally as business needs require.
  • Passion for the outdoors and living the Arc’teryx brand.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
