Description

  • Develop and deliver training programs that translate medical economics expertise into actionable customer guidance.
  • Provide expertise on risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and contract forecasting in customer enablement efforts.
  • Participate in certification programs and contribute to internal and customer-facing training initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on medical economics workflows that support value-based care operations.
  • Partner with product, development, and data analytics teams to improve product features and incorporate customer perspectives.
  • Identify gaps in training and enablement resources and design new programs to address them.
  • Collaborate with engineering, support, and professional services teams to shape enablement content based on customer needs.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customer management teams to support engagements and ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in medical economics.
  • Deep expertise in healthcare analytics and economics, VBC contract management, risk adjustment, network optimization, and cost management.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with systems that support value-based care operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective training materials and communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience with Arcadia solutions is preferred.
  • Previous experience consulting with provider and/or payer organizations on data-driven value-based care programs is preferred.
