Description

  • Define and lead analytics strategy across large-scale, high-visibility customer engagements.
  • Architect advanced analytic frameworks for medical economics, performance measurement, population health, and value-based care initiatives.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex methodological and data integrity questions in DBT, Spark, SQL, and Amazon QuickSight.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Actuarial, Data Science, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Establish quality standards, governance practices, and technical rigor across analytic deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, reusable intellectual property, and analytic innovation.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop Lead, Senior, and Data Analysts.
  • Influence product and roadmap decisions through data-driven thought leadership.
  • Build scalable analytic infrastructure and frameworks that support long-term customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of healthcare analytics experience, with medical economics or risk and dashboarding experience required.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including optimization of complex queries in large data environments.
  • Advanced dashboarding experience; QuickSight is a plus, and Tableau, Looker, or Power BI are also acceptable.
  • Experience designing analytic methodologies and scalable frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior or executive stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex analytic initiatives and teams with significant business impact.
  • Strong data storytelling and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring and elevating senior analytic talent.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise healthcare clients is preferred.
  • Experience working in AWS or other large-scale cloud data environments is preferred.
  • DBT pipeline experience is a plus.
  • Experience shaping product or analytics roadmaps at a strategic level is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve coding and analytics workflows is preferred.
