Description

  • Define and evolve the product strategy for the mobile games portfolio based on eProfit outcomes.
  • Own PRDs, roadmap decisions, and product hypotheses, including writing key specifications for highest-priority bets.
  • Track and interpret portfolio product metrics such as retention, ARPU, ARPDAU, and experiment results on a daily basis.
  • Own the technical architecture across game clients, backend systems, release pipeline, and internal tooling.
  • Set engineering standards, development workflows, and the code quality bar across the team.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of systems supporting the games portfolio.
  • Drive AI adoption across product and engineering, including PRD generation, research, test automation, release processes, and analytics agents.
  • Build and improve automation and intelligence layers for analytics, QA, LiveOps, and reporting.
  • Contribute directly to product specs, experiments, analysis, architecture decisions, code review, and shipping core systems.
  • Lead, develop, and grow a lean team of Product Owners and individual contributors across engineering, design, and QA.
  • Partner with monetization, UA, data, and RnD teams to make portfolio decisions in full eProfit context.
  • Coordinate the RnD-to-internal-team handover process and maintain hit-readiness and de-handover criteria.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including senior leadership roles in mobile gaming or mobile product environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in both product and engineering, with the ability to write PRDs and write code.
  • Strong expertise in Unity (C#) and mobile game architecture, plus a solid understanding of scalable backend systems and client-server architecture.
  • AI-native with concrete production examples of using AI tools to accelerate output.
  • Experience leading small, high-performance teams in a fast-moving environment through close collaboration and proximity leadership.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in frequent experimentation cycles, A/B testing, and metric-driven decision-making.
  • Founded or co-founded a mobile gaming studio, which is a strong signal.
  • Direct experience scaling an ad-monetized casual game from early traction to meaningful portfolio revenue, which is a strong signal.
  • Experience building internal tooling, automation pipelines, or SDK integrations alongside product work, which is a strong signal.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes such as Unity Cloud Build and GitHub Actions, which is a strong signal.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Firebase, GameAnalytics, and Amplitude, which is a strong signal.
  • Experience with mobile game monetization systems, including ads and IAP, which is a strong signal.
