Description

  • Lead end-to-end implementations for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems, including documentation, planning, and implementation requirements.
  • Identify technology-driven solutions to business challenges and recommend tools to improve clients’ MarTech capabilities.
  • Design MarTech stacks from scratch and provide technical specifications to internal engineers and project managers.
  • Communicate project deliverables and implementation progress clearly with clients throughout engagements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales presentations and client standups, explaining deliverables, ideas, and best practices.
  • Support marketing analytics and reporting as needed.
  • Translate technical requirements into code requirements for marketing programs and data flows across destinations.
  • Support marketing automation migrations by preserving data schema parity and enabling new use cases.
  • Optimize lifecycle programs by improving data accuracy, schema design, and personalized messaging capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience defining cross-platform technical requirements across the MarTech stack.
  • Hands-on experience with CDPs such as Segment, RudderStack, mParticle, Tealium, or similar platforms.
  • Experience configuring automated campaigns and journeys in lifecycle marketing tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or customer.io.
  • Experience with analytics, enrichment, and attribution tools across the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Understanding of multi-omnichannel transactional and marketing messaging.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution and experience auditing platform integrations and attribution data.
  • Proficiency with JSON, SQL, and data modeling best practices.
  • Experience with reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages and lambda functions.
  • Ability to clearly present technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong written communication, organization, email etiquette, and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Shopify or Magento.
  • Preferred location in Canada, or Spain with working hours that overlap with ET or PT.
