Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure deliverables align with business goals, KPIs, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Translate client goals into actionable marketing objectives, roadmaps, and measurable deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, strategists, designers, and QA to deliver integrated MarTech programs.
  • Oversee execution across multiple workstreams by managing scope, timelines, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Track work in project management tools and coordinate resourcing, workload balance, and on-time asset delivery.
  • Maintain visibility into team capacity and partner with Engagement Coordinators to assign work based on availability, skill set, and priority.
  • Identify delivery risks or roadblocks and proactively drive resolution with internal teams.
  • Monitor account health to ensure work stays aligned with scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Support budget awareness by flagging over-servicing or misaligned effort against agreed scope.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to improve campaign performance through testing, insights, and optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in client management, account management, or project management in a marketing, agency, or digital environment.
  • Experience managing client accounts or programs with multi-channel or complex marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior written communication skills, excellent email etiquette, and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Jira, or Trello.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders.
