Description

  • Map and synthesize brand-building jobs-to-be-done across 30 legacy tools into unified information architecture and agentic user flows.
  • Build high-fidelity, functional prototypes using Claude, v0, or similar code-adjacent tools.
  • Translate design concepts into implementation-ready outputs for engineering teams.
  • Audit the legacy design system and help define component libraries and interaction patterns for agentic AI workflows.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze rapid usability testing through Maze.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leads to align priorities and validate solutions.
  • Facilitate design reviews and communicate design rationale and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing complex software, SaaS platforms, or agentic/AI-driven workflow environments.
  • Proficiency with rapid AI prototyping tools such as Claude, v0, Anima, or code-based Figma workflows.
  • Expertise in information architecture and user-flow design for fragmented, multi-tool systems.
  • Familiarity with design systems and adapting interaction patterns for chat, autonomy, canvas, and mixed-modality experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative or qualitative usability research platforms such as Maze.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
  • Based in Canada and able to work hours aligned with Eastern or Pacific Time.
  • Available for a full-time contract through the end of December 2026.
