Description

  • Serve as the single point of contact for multi-organization projects and ensure milestones, metrics, and deliverables are completed successfully.
  • Manage the intake, tracking, and planning of customer requests in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Plan requirements, identify risks, and maintain deliverable timelines for a fast-moving engineering organization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on customer use cases and workflows that are not yet supported by current software solutions.
  • Track outstanding QA issues and partner with QA to drive resolution.
  • Engage customers regularly to understand pain points, project opportunities, and feedback on timing and resource needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Customer, and Product teams to execute business-critical programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in engineering, project management, or product teams.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Program Manager or Technical Account Manager role at a fast-paced software company.
  • Strong experience managing complex releases with international and cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Comfortable managing customer expectations and technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of both software and hardware aspects of software development (preferred).
  • Experience directly managing or leading engineering teams in a formal leadership capacity (preferred).
  • Experience with commercially available tools such as JIRA (preferred).
  • Professional project management certification (preferred).
  • Proven track record leading complex programs involving 15+ software and hardware engineers (preferred).
  • Direct experience in autonomy development domains such as ADAS, robotics, sensors, or simulation (preferred).
  • Ability to execute thoughtfully and efficiently with a "no task is too big or too small" mindset (preferred).
