Description

  • Own end-to-end immigration strategy and serve as the primary subject matter expert for major U.S. visa categories, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and PERM.
  • Build and manage the rotation and mobility program across international transfers, assignments, and permanent relocations.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 300+ immigration cases and 50+ international relocations.
  • Drive operational excellence by documenting standardized processes and managing vendor relationships.
  • Define and track operational KPIs such as time-to-file and cost-per-matter.
  • Design scalable manager communication systems, including tiered guidance, intake SLAs, and self-service resources.
  • Use AI tools to automate repetitive workflows, draft communications at scale, and translate regulatory updates into actionable guidance.
  • Support global expansion and M&A by assessing work authorization feasibility and contributing implementation playbooks for new markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate immigration and global mobility, ideally in a fast-paced multinational environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to design scalable programs that connect strategy to execution.
  • A systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build playbooks for repeatable, autonomous work.
  • Genuine AI fluency and current hands-on use of AI tools to scale communication and automate workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate legal nuance into business-aligned options for senior leaders.
  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows, such as automated RFE drafting or status digests, preferred.
  • Experience with international relocations, tax equalization, and secondment compliance, preferred.
  • Background in high-growth tech, including multi-country expansions and M&A integration, preferred.
  • Ability to work primarily in-office 5 days a week, with occasional flexibility for remote work as needed.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $114,000–$181,000 USD annually, depending on location and candidate factors.
