Description

  • Negotiate and draft contracts with vendors and customers.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, product, and other cross-functional teams to determine contractual terms and conditions.
  • Provide training and develop resources to support contracting processes.
  • Manage the contract administration lifecycle, including responding to and tracking inbound requests.
  • Prepare and maintain templates, playbooks, policies, and other legal knowledge materials.
  • Develop strategies and scalable solutions to improve team performance and better serve internal clients.
  • Advise and train users on Legal processes and information systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of prior in-house experience as a contracts manager, contracts administrator, or similar role.
  • Direct experience managing and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience using contract lifecycle management systems and other legal operations software.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and implementing processes to improve the Legal function.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to handle high volume and competing demands.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on open matters.
  • Willingness to take on tasks of any size to get the job done.
  • Strong judgment, professional integrity, discretion, tact, and confidentiality.
  • Prior experience working in high-growth companies (preferred).
  • Project management experience sourcing and implementing legal team technology solutions such as contract management or security tools (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $131,000 to $173,000 USD annually.
