Description

  • Own product quality across the full feature lifecycle.
  • Review product documentation, clarify requirements, and identify dependencies early using a shift-left approach.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage for internal and public APIs.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage for the web UI using Playwright or similar browser automation tools.
  • Develop the AI-agent testing infrastructure shared by QA engineers and developers across teams.
  • Shape the architecture, standards, and contribution model for the shared testing platform.
  • Contribute to test automation and monitoring systems while keeping the codebase efficient, reliable, secure, scalable, and well documented.
  • Collaborate with the Platform team to deploy to various environments and follow shared standards, practices, and processes.
  • Perform manual testing when needed to validate complex scenarios and new features beyond automated coverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA or test automation.
  • 3+ years of Python development and testing experience with pytest.
  • Hands-on experience with browser automation frameworks, preferably Playwright; Selenium or Cypress are also welcome.
  • Strong SQL skills, particularly with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.
  • Practical experience with AI/LLM tools beyond code autocomplete.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
  • Ability to work in a fully remote role.
  • Experience contributing to shared testing infrastructure or platform work is implied/preferred.
