Description

  • Work directly with enterprise clients to design, deploy, and optimise GenAI data solutions.
  • Own final delivered data quality and ensure datasets, pipelines, workflows, and automations meet accuracy, reliability, and performance requirements.
  • Define requirements, clarify success criteria, and shape high-quality annotation guidelines with clients.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, scalable workflows and validation logic.
  • Provide consultative guidance to client stakeholders to improve data quality, efficiency, and model outcomes.
  • Build scalable, reproducible, and observable validation and automation pipelines.
  • Reduce variance, manual review effort, rework, and time to validation through improved tooling and workflows.
  • Contribute reusable quality frameworks and validators that can be adopted across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate across engineering, data operations, and client delivery functions.
  • Act as the authority on delivery readiness and final acceptance of GenAI datasets.

Requirements

  • Experience working on GenAI, machine learning, or model evaluation data.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing data pipelines, validation systems, or workflow automation.
  • Previous experience owning final data quality and acting as the authority on delivery readiness.
  • Ability to translate business or model development needs into technical workflows and validation logic.
  • Confidence working directly with client engineering or machine learning teams.
  • Strong documentation practices with an emphasis on reproducibility, observability, and reliability.
  • Consultative problem-solving approach when leading client conversations and guiding stakeholders.
  • Ability to ask sharp questions and guide clients toward better decisions.
  • Experience building scalable and reproducible solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GenAI data annotation, evaluation, benchmarking, or related workflows is preferred.
