Description

  • Own and manage 600+ target accounts within the mid-market segment.
  • Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting and outreach.
  • Partner with Sales Development Managers to refine outreach and accelerate pipeline.
  • Lead prospects through the full sales cycle, including discovery, demos, pricing, negotiation, and procurement.
  • Engage Director-level and above buyers across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Build and maintain 3x pipeline coverage to exceed quota.
  • Run 4+ strategic meetings per day across discovery, demo, and closing stages.
  • Use a data-driven approach to prioritize high-value target accounts.
  • Execute multi-threaded prospecting to align multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast revenue with high accuracy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive focused on outbound new business.
  • Proven top-performer with quota attainment or overachievement for at least 3 consecutive quarters.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate 80%+ of pipeline through outbound efforts.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and revenue teams.
  • Consultative selling experience with familiarity in Sandler, MEDDPIC, or Command of the Message.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, competitive sales environment.
  • Coachable, data-driven, and continuously improving sales approach.
  • Self-starter with a track record of proactively identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
  • Experience with a 60-day deal cycle and full-cycle sales motions is preferred.
