Description

  • Understand customer goals, requirements, expectations, and challenges to shape Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Provide solution leadership on Oracle Field Service Cloud engagements with customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze client goals and data to design optimal functional and technical solutions based on best practices.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and product feature explanations to clients.
  • Configure, test, deploy, and support Oracle Field Service Cloud business solutions.
  • Use Oracle Field Service Cloud, Oracle Integration, and web technologies to deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support business development and new opportunities.
  • Prepare documentation for delivered solutions, integration approaches, and migration strategies.
  • Maintain continuing education through training and certification opportunities.
  • Support internal projects and assist team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience testing OFS APIs using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Field Service with custom applications.
  • Basic understanding of middleware and web services.
  • Experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience with the OFS Mobile Plug-in Framework is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
