Description

  • Identify and onboard new dealership partners within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with active dealers to support retention and growth.
  • Conduct in-person dealership visits to assess performance and provide hands-on support.
  • Train and mentor dealership staff on products, processes, and sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute regional action plans to improve production and performance.
  • Analyze dealership performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to align on goals and strategies.
  • Respond to dealer and customer inquiries, including claims-related questions when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, dealer interactions, and pipeline development.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive sales, F&I, dealership operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Experience in F&I products, vehicle service contracts, or dealership performance roles (preferred).
  • Experience training or mentoring dealership staff (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance and recommend improvements (preferred).
  • Experience in field-based or territory sales roles (preferred).
