Description

  • Design custom data solutions using Antenna’s data pipeline to deliver accurate, timely data to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own recurring data requests end-to-end and ensure consistent, on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with Insight Analysts and Client Services to identify opportunities for data-driven strategic decisions.
  • Partner with technical and commercial teams to ship custom data products quickly while maintaining data quality standards.
  • Build reusable SQL queries, Looker dashboards, and internal tools to improve data access and reusability.
  • Improve operational procedures and systems to strengthen data quality and reliability.
  • Review assigned tasks in Jira and clarify requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Determine the appropriate method to extract data using Antenna’s proprietary interface, SQL, and other tools.
  • Peer review team queries and deliverables for accuracy and clarity.
  • Work with the team to train generative AI tools that support data product delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Looker or Redash.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with large datasets with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills for solving complex, open-ended problems.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical analyses clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2-C1), with a resume submitted in English.
  • Interest in the subscription economy and understanding of key players in the digital subscription market (bonus).
  • 2+ years of Python experience for automation, AI, exploratory analysis, or ETL design (bonus).
  • Must be based in a U.S. time zone and available to work during U.S. business hours.
