Description

  • Own and continuously improve the technical training program for Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and channel partners.
  • Manage and administer two learning management system (LMS) platforms, keeping content current, organized, and measurable.
  • Design, develop, and deliver technical micro-learning and modular training content in collaboration with the Content Enablement team member.
  • Design and run formal certification programs for Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with SE and CSM leadership to build and refine technical onboarding for new go-to-market hires.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Anomali's platform, customer use cases, solution architecture, and technical components.
  • Support the creation of competitive intelligence materials such as battlecards and objection-handling guides.
  • Partner with the Channel leader to build and deliver partner enablement programs.
  • Develop and deliver technical enablement materials and sessions directly to customers to support onboarding, adoption, and education.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, and the field technical team to turn product updates and feedback into enablement content.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from SE, CSM, and Channel leaders to identify training gaps and improve program effectiveness.
  • Track and report enablement metrics such as certification completion, time-to-productivity, and assessment scores.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technical training, sales enablement, solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or a related role with significant technical training responsibility.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering technical training curricula for practitioner-level audiences in enterprise B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions and working knowledge of SIEM, Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), SOAR, security data lakes, or Agentic AI in security operations contexts.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured training content for enterprise sales and technical audiences.
  • Experience owning or administering one or more LMS platforms such as Allego, SalesHood, MindTickle, or similar.
  • Experience facilitating training workshops and certification assessments for technical audiences, both in-person and virtually.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with product, engineering, product marketing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% for internal events, partner engagements, and customer sessions.
  • Must not now or in the future require visa sponsorship to work in the US.
  • Thorough understanding of modern SOC operations, threat intelligence workflows, and/or detection engineering practices.
  • Preferred: experience with value-based or outcome-based sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Force Management.
  • Preferred: familiarity with video editing and screen capture tools such as Camtasia, Loom, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Preferred: prior customer-facing technical experience such as SE, SA, or TAM within a cybersecurity vendor or MSSP.
  • Preferred: experience building or scaling enablement programs in a high-growth SaaS environment.
