Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks.
  • Source talent across product sourcing engineering, global sourcing and category management, supplier industrialization engineering, strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain analytics.
  • Engage prospective candidates through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for immediate and future supply chain hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, procurement goals, and sourcing priorities.
  • Align sourcing strategies with broader operational and talent acquisition objectives.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing effectiveness and workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Experience hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, including strategic sourcing, NPI procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.
  • Familiarity with roles such as Product Sourcing Engineers, Global Sourcing Managers, and Supplier Industrialization Engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders, build rapport, and influence decisions.
  • Proficiency with data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and guide strategy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting in startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries is preferred.
  • Experience using Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, creativity, and a high sense of ownership are preferred.
