Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks.
  • Source talent across product sourcing engineering, global sourcing and category management, supplier industrialization engineering, and general procurement and supply chain roles.
  • Engage candidates with tailored outreach and personalized communication that communicates Anduril’s mission and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future supply chain hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, procurement goals, and sourcing priorities.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing strategies and workflows.
  • Support hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, and logistics functions in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven experience hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction (NPI) procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.
  • Familiarity with roles such as Product Sourcing Engineers, Global Sourcing Managers, and Supplier Industrialization Engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Preferred experience recruiting in startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred experience with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
