Description

  • Support end-to-end development of hardware products from initial concept through mass production.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, software, firmware, and test.
  • Organize and track system requirements across engineering disciplines.
  • Support communication and alignment with suppliers and strategic customers.
  • Work with supply chain teams to improve material flow and support on-time delivery.
  • Contribute to program execution in an agile, iterative development environment.
  • Use JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet to track progress, manage issues, and communicate status.
  • Identify technical and program risks and help develop contingency plans.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical project or program coordination role, preferably in hardware or software development.
  • Foundational understanding or strong interest in hardware development, including hardware/software interaction and embedded systems.
  • Interest in or exposure to autonomy and AI-enabled products such as drones, robotics, or autonomous vehicles is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with agile and iterative development concepts.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn system requirements definition and tracking.
  • Comfort interacting with external partners and suppliers and developing relationship management skills.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts, including sourcing or material readiness.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for technical and program updates.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
