Description

Contribute to the direction of a small team with technical expertise and ideas.
Prototype state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile development environment.
Implement high-performance software across tactical systems and web applications.
Use modeling, simulation, and analysis tools to quantify technology benefits.
Engage with customers to support successful outcomes for mission-critical needs.
Work across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Explain technical work and rationale to colleagues and customers.
Develop software intended for deployment in mission-critical systems.

Requirements

5 years of experience in software engineering, including software design, algorithm implementation, testing, analysis, and optimization.
Experience with C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
Experience with big data, NoSQL, or database technologies.
Knowledge of machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification.
Background in applied mathematics, including differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.
Knowledge of engineering concepts such as controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
