Description

  • Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting.
  • Collaborate with production leaders to define hiring needs and improve recruiting processes.
  • Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager decisions.
  • Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
  • Build talent maps and use market insights to inform outreach and engagement strategy.
  • Drive diverse talent into the organization while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Represent Anduril's brand and recruiting team internally and externally.
  • Leverage internal resources and cross-functional partners to sell the value proposition and improve hiring practices.
  • Use prospecting, data extraction, web-scraping, process automation, and candidate management tools and techniques.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top-tier talent.
  • 3+ years of experience working with senior-level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, and advising on talent strategies.
  • Experience recruiting at an agency and a fast-paced startup.
  • Experience hiring exempt roles for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices (preferred).
  • Experience in a consultative recruiting role that improved outcomes and candidate experiences (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills for understanding candidate motivation, drivers, and fit (preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple high-volume candidate pipelines and tracking progress through the recruitment process (preferred).
  • Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable (preferred).
