Description

Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy with clear communication and reporting.
Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring decisions and offer conversions.
Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
Build talent maps and market insights to inform candidate engagement strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting, data extraction, web scraping, automation, and candidate management.
Collaborate with production leaders and cross-functional partners to define hiring needs and improve recruiting processes.
Drive diverse talent into the organization while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting team internally and externally at a high standard.
Use internal resources and teammates to refine the value proposition and improve hiring practices.

Requirements

6+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top-tier talent.
3+ years of experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders, reporting progress, and advising on talent strategy.
Experience recruiting in an agency and fast-paced startup environment.
Experience hiring exempt roles for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices (preferred).
Experience using consultative recruiting approaches that improve outcomes and candidate experience (preferred).
Clear and effective communication skills with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit (preferred).
Experience managing multiple high-volume candidate pipelines through the recruitment process (preferred).
Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable (preferred).
