Description

  • Lead programs from start to finish with the customer and engineering team.
  • Work with technical leads to define the right technical solution and own the schedule and roadmap.
  • Partner closely with customers to understand mission challenges and represent customer needs to Anduril teams.
  • Understand technical implementation at the architectural level and propose technical alternatives when needed.
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations to build and deploy solutions.
  • Develop and deliver clear narratives tailored to government stakeholders, vendors, engineers, and other audiences.
  • Execute demonstrations, tests, site deployments, and sustainment activities on schedule and on budget.
  • Remove obstacles, resolve communication and schedule gaps, manage escalations, and keep teams moving toward delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Recent experience managing DoD programs.
  • Operational background working with technically advanced systems that include complex software and hardware products.
  • Proven experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and technical/programmatic reports to leadership and customers.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and customer outcomes (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify emerging trends and adapt product strategies (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to simplify complex problems (preferred).
