Description

  • Design and execute change and adoption plans with clear workstreams, milestones, and tactics to maximize platform and AI workflow adoption.
  • Translate technical platform and AI impacts into role-based change tactics, journey maps, and tailored change narratives.
  • Define, track, and report adoption and behavior change metrics using scorecards and dashboards for client stakeholders.
  • Design and facilitate training, enablement, and AI upskilling experiences for different personas with measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client sponsors and senior stakeholders, owning relationships and aligning on delivery roadmaps.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, data and analytics leaders, product and delivery teams, and business users to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Build cross-practice relationships to design and deliver end-to-end solutions across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, governance, and advisory.
  • Help shape AI Adoption & Change Management offerings by creating reusable playbooks, communications plans, training curricula, and change impact logs.
  • Mentor junior consultants and change leads while contributing to internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and analytics change programs from scoping and planning through execution and optimization.
  • Establish governance and cadence through steering committees, working sessions, and status reporting to keep delivery on track.
  • Manage RAID logs, delivery milestones, and workstream health across concurrent engagements.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, scoping sessions, and client discovery.
  • Resolve delivery challenges with strong ownership, accountability, and a bias toward action.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on change management leadership experience across data and AI transformations.
  • 4+ years of consulting experience with external clients and concurrent engagements.
  • Experience managing the full change lifecycle from awareness through sustained adoption and optimization.
  • Depth in OCM methods including change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, communications planning, resistance management, and adoption measurement.
  • Experience delivering change for cloud data platform migrations, self-service analytics, BI/AI copilot rollouts, data governance implementations, or AI use case deployments.
  • Strong practical understanding of cloud data platforms, modern analytics, and AI-enabled workflows and their people, process, and role impacts.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR applied to AI and data platform initiatives.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite sponsors, and align them on strategy, delivery roadmaps, and change approach.
  • Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor narratives for technical and business audiences.
  • Understanding of evolving AI capabilities such as ML, GenAI, and AI agents and how to drive adoption and measurable value.
  • Track record supporting or influencing the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution shaping, executive proposals, and large consulting deals.
