Description

  • Own schedule and cost performance of the production acceptance test program while driving throughput to match production ramp targets.
  • Drive test plan development and acceptance criteria with engineering, ensuring test scope is sufficient without being excessive.
  • Identify and prioritize test automation maturation opportunities to improve speed and reduce cost.
  • Diagnose test failures, drive root-cause resolution across engineering and production, and ensure corrective actions hold.
  • Interface with government test organizations to keep test cadence aligned with customer delivery commitments.
  • Build systems that connect test results to engineering and production decisions and make test data actionable.
  • Own test schedule risk identification and mitigation before bottlenecks affect delivery timelines.
  • Use quantitative models such as test optimization, predictive pass/fail analysis, and throughput modeling to inform decisions.
  • Prepare technical documentation, analysis reports, and briefings for internal teams, customers, and government stakeholders.
  • Maintain reproducible analysis pipelines using version control, scripting, and scalable workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, test engineering, or test operations in complex hardware or aerospace environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of test program schedule and cost performance in production or acceptance testing contexts.
  • Experience driving test automation strategy and implementation in hardware production environments.
  • Technical depth sufficient to understand test failures, challenge root cause analysis, and drive resolution across teams.
  • Experience coordinating with government test organizations or customer acceptance processes.
  • Comfort with building or interpreting quantitative models to inform test and schedule decisions.
  • Familiarity with version control, scripting, scalable workflows, and reproducible analysis practices.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems production test environments (preferred).
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Palantir Foundry, test data analytics platforms, or custom analysis stacks (preferred).
  • Background in test optimization modeling, discrete event simulation applied to test throughput, or predictive analytics (preferred).
  • Experience scaling test programs alongside production ramp from low rate to full rate (preferred).
  • Familiarity with acceptance test procedure development for complex electromechanical or avionics systems (preferred).
