Description

  • Contribute to the direction of a small team with your expertise and ideas.
  • Prototype state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile development environment.
  • Implement high-performance software spanning tactical systems and web applications.
  • Use modeling, simulation, and analysis tools to quantify the benefit of the technology.
  • Engage with customers to ensure successful outcomes for mission-critical needs.
  • Work across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Help colleagues and customers understand technical work and its purpose.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or another technical field.
  • Advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience with C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
  • Experience with big data, NoSQL, or database technologies.
  • Experience with software design, algorithm implementation, testing, analysis, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification.
  • Knowledge of applied mathematics, including differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.
  • Knowledge of engineering topics such as controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
