Description

  • Own and deliver Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM.
  • Build integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, and CAD systems.
  • Design scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
  • Improve platform observability and reliability.
  • Set engineering standards through architectural guidance and high-quality code contributions.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and model effective team practices.
  • Collaborate with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams.
  • Define architecture standards and move solutions from concept to prototype to production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience.
  • Experience with ITK development in C/C++.
  • Experience with BMIDE data modeling and customization.
  • Experience with SOA services and handlers.
  • Experience with Active Workspace customization and development.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, database schema, and administration.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Experience with large enterprise applications and high-availability systems.
  • Database experience with SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, including data modeling and query optimization.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • U.S. Person status required for access to export-controlled data.
  • Experience with Teamcenter upgrades/migrations and cloud deployment architectures, preferred.
  • Experience with CAD integrations and other PLM platforms, preferred.
  • Experience in hyper-growth startup-like environments or aerospace/defense manufacturing, preferred.
  • Understanding of ERP, MES, WMS, CAD, BOM management, and related systems, preferred.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product development lifecycle, and engineering change management, preferred.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and REST APIs, preferred.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance, preferred.
