Description

  • Own successful program execution and ensure delivery against internal, external, financial, and stakeholder commitments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and build trust with customers, peers, and leadership while driving accountability for business outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and Anduril leadership on program status, risks, and decisions.
  • Drive execution toward key business and financial objectives across multiple programs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage customer change requests while preserving program velocity and execution discipline.
  • Ensure program decisions support current work and enable continued on-contract growth.
  • Oversee the creation of media and program artifacts that demonstrate program velocity and progress.
  • Manage subcontractors to performance, schedule, and budget requirements as needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in defense or government contracting.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs across the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of contracting processes and large-scale program management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex contractual environments and ensure compliance.
  • Strong schedule management skills, including Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
  • Financial acumen with experience working alongside cost control and finance stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute an effective program risk management plan.
  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies for high-visibility programs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret clearance.
  • Experience with both hardware and software development lifecycles, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing program schedules in MS Project against a DCMA 14-point checklist, preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
