Description

  • Manage product and program financial performance, including financial commitments across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Own rolling monthly forecasts in collaboration with Product Managers, Program Managers, and Engineering Leads.
  • Perform contract- and product-level profit margin analysis and ongoing surveillance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses across multiple accounting levels.
  • Develop and maintain income statement and balance sheet forecasts by contract and business line.
  • Produce internal management reporting through presentations and written communications each month.
  • Work with program management to develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrity.
  • Create reports and automated dashboards using FP&A and ERP tools such as Oracle, Anaplan, and Foundry.
  • Support pricing activities, ad hoc analysis, special projects, and long-range planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience as a financial analyst or in a related finance/accounting role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in the DoD and/or technology industry.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, data management, and complex modeling.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a team-based environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience with FP&A and ERP tools such as Oracle, Anaplan, and Foundry is preferred.
  • Experience supporting financial analysis at the contract and product level is preferred.
