Description

  • Develop product-agnostic software solutions to optimize production efficiency and product quality.
  • Design and implement hardware testing strategies and tools.
  • Collaborate across software and production teams to enhance automation and build efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for testing procedures and tools.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to design teams for product enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to triage production, product, and process issues.
  • Lead system architecture design for technical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and MATLAB.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and communicate collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, self-motivation, and teamwork.
  • Experience driving the strategic design of scalable system architecture.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Git, and networking.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (preferred).
  • Experience in hardware testing and automated test systems (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of hardware-software integration (preferred).
  • Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring (preferred).
  • Prior work in a high-volume manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Experience with SQL/databases, C/C++, JavaScript, or nix (preferred).
