Description

  • Develop a repeatable analytical process for assessing Anduril’s long-term industrial capacity needs.
  • Own the industrial capacity planning process and partner with business development, product, engineering, manufacturing, production, and supply chain leaders to identify growth areas.
  • Collect internal production targets, design change inputs, and supplier production plans to build a scalable industrial capacity plan.
  • Communicate forecasts to internal and external stakeholders while accounting for potential changes in business direction or upside demand.
  • Identify areas where Anduril should expand the depth and breadth of suppliers and execute strategic partnerships and long-term supplier agreements.
  • Draft thought leadership, talking points, and executive collateral for use with elected representatives, customers, the White House, industry partners, and public communications.
  • Liaise with government relations and media relations teams to communicate Anduril’s perspective on building industrial capacity.
  • Guide and mentor peers and team members across the company to strengthen organizational resiliency.
  • Define and implement organization-level process improvements that help the business scale and use purchasing power efficiently.
  • Build reporting and dashboards to measure team KPIs and support the program as it scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-pressure role where pace and execution quality matter, such as management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy & operations, venture capital, elite government, or business analyst roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems such as Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, or Foundry.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to drive consensus through grounded arguments.
  • Experience interfacing with leadership and executives.
  • Ability to operate tactically while also developing strategy for complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
  • High ownership with the ability to manage 3-5+ large projects and priorities in parallel.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
