Description

  • Collaborate with Corporate Operations and Accounting to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze current and historical financial data to prepare reports, scenarios, and projections.
  • Compare actual results against plans and forecasts to evaluate financial performance and variances.
  • Build comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of risks and opportunities.
  • Develop analytics and automations to uncover business trends and performance insights.
  • Monitor and report financial performance, including trends, drivers, and unexpected variances.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on drivers, project codes, variance analysis, commentary, and GL hygiene.
  • Lead executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA/MS or relevant professional certification such as CPA, CFA, FMVA, or CMA is a plus.
  • 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in finance, corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Strong expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a finance function.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems such as Anaplan, NetSuite, Oracle, or Foundry.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
