Description

  • Manage manpower resources, including forecasting, hiring support, and labor reporting.
  • Work with Supply Chain to manage suppliers, including onboarding, spend tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • Help prevent manufacturing downtime by addressing part shortages with the supply chain team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and test tracking systems such as JIRA, MRP, and Airtable.
  • Drive better utilization of program management and tracking tools across the Omen team.
  • Analyze best practices and standardize improved methods across the team.
  • Assist in documenting and standardizing business procedures and reporting protocols.
  • Support the Technical Program Manager in tracking the program and enabling engineers.
  • Create order and lightweight processes that help the team operate at Anduril’s pace while staying aligned across program functions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in an engineering program management role and/or systems engineering experience.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with engineering teams across a wide range of technical comfort levels.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other agile task tracking methods.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and ability to think in terms of numbers and data models.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work as a self-starter.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, maintain a hands-on attitude, and drive forward progress.
  • Experience working with suppliers.
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience taking a product through prototyping into initial low-rate production preferred.
