Description

  • Monitor project tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure completion.
  • Identify and address issues, analyze risks, and help keep projects on schedule.
  • Create detailed Gantt chart schedules to align cross-functional teams and deliver Manufacturing Engineering work on time.
  • Proactively identify schedule risks, including supply chain delays, technical hurdles, resource conflicts, and external dependencies.
  • Ensure the right people, equipment, and facilities are available when needed according to the schedule.
  • Facilitate communication among manufacturing engineering, automation, test, design teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage department communication channels and organize documentation storage across tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Box, and Slack.
  • Develop standardized documentation templates and presentation frameworks for meetings and executive reviews.
  • Distill meeting notes into actionable items and support accountability across teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage manufacturing engineers across all Anduril sites.
  • Manage the department-wide calendar and support leadership meetings as needed.
  • Coordinate professional development and employee appreciation events for the department.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional experience as a manufacturing, industrial, or process engineer, or as a technical project manager.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a focus on production ramp, process improvement, or data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • A reliable self-starter who is highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to handle complex projects.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to think in terms of numbers and data models.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and Airtable is a plus.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
