Description

  • Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location.
  • Coordinate the physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources, and work centers.
  • Ensure parts are handled, protected, and processed according to company specifications, including off-site processing.
  • Support manufacturing, production, supply chain, inventory, and production cell teams cross-functionally.
  • Maintain clean and accurate MRP, ERP, and MES data.
  • Resolve inventory inaccuracies and support return-to-stock and inventory purge actions.
  • Develop and maintain reports on needs, deliverables, constraints, and part status for internal and customer use.
  • Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Support logistics workflows, material certifications, and work order management activities.
  • Organize physical and electronic production tooling and calibration records and libraries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
  • Experience with MRP, ERP, or MES systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Tableau, Confluence, SQL, or other reporting tools/features.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • 2+ years of experience handling parts in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Experience organizing files and documents is preferred.
  • Inventory experience is preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing is preferred.
  • APICS certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move items of 20 pounds or more regularly and work on raised surfaces.
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
