Description

  • Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM, including ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace.
  • Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, and CAD systems.
  • Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
  • Improve platform observability and reliability, including tooling such as Datadog.
  • Set engineering standards through technical decisions, architectural guidance, and high-quality code contributions.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and work effectively at speed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams.
  • Define architecture standards for scalable growth and move solutions from concept to prototype to production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience.
  • Experience with ITK development in C/C++.
  • Experience with BMIDE data modeling and customization.
  • Experience with SOA services and handlers.
  • Experience with Active Workspace customization and development.
  • Experience with Teamcenter architecture, database schema, and administration.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
  • Experience with modern software development practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements.
  • Database experience with SQL, Oracle or SQL Server, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Strong opinions about code quality, architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • U.S. Person status is required because the role needs access to export-controlled data.
  • Experience with Teamcenter upgrades and migrations (14.x to 2506/25.x) and cloud deployment architectures is preferred.
  • Experience with CAD integrations such as NX or SolidWorks, or other PLM platforms such as Windchill, Aras, or Enovia is preferred.
  • Experience in hyper-growth startup-like environments or aerospace/defense manufacturing is preferred.
  • Understanding of ERP, MES, WMS, CAD, BOM management, manufacturing processes, product development lifecycle, and engineering change management is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and REST APIs is preferred.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance is preferred.
