Description

  • Develop model-driven analyses using the scientific method and, when needed, build the underlying models.
  • Design experiments using mission-level simulations to answer stakeholder questions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling written, visual, and verbal summaries for internal teams and external customers.
  • Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand mission problems and analytical needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Anduril’s platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
  • Use internal modeling and simulation capabilities to support analyses with a competitive advantage.
  • Generate analytical artifacts and actionable conclusions to support demonstrations and quantify mission success.
  • Contribute to operations analysis studies from problem definition through research, model development, data analysis, and report generation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant science or engineering field.
  • Currently holds and can maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • 1+ years of hands-on AFSIM scripting experience, with deeper experience highly valued.
  • Proficiency with modeling and scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, or Simulink.
  • Demonstrated experience in platform MS&A, including aero, fuel, and signature modeling.
  • Demonstrated experience in payload MS&A, including radar, EOIR, communications, or weapons payloads.
  • Experience with RF, Electronic Warfare (EW), Electronic Counter Measures (ECM), Electronic Attack (EA), C5ISRT, or Counter Targeting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Working knowledge of domains such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long Range Fires.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance is preferred.
  • Experience leading an operations analysis study from concept to completion is preferred.
  • Signal processing experience, such as track fusion and filtering techniques, is preferred.
  • Experience with RF propagation modeling, including communications, radar, and EW modeling, is preferred.
