Description

  • Own the strategic development and execution of short- to mid-term production goals for the missile production portfolio.
  • Lead all aspects of Barracuda production as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator.
  • Drive Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support Anduril’s long-term manufacturing scale-up.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of new product introduction projects from concept through full production release.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Deployment Operations, and Program Management to mature products from low-rate prototypes to full-rate production.
  • Own and optimize the production floor, including headcount planning, capital expenditure forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Establish, mature, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, operational playbooks, and systems across the product development lifecycle.
  • Define, track, and manage KPIs for financial performance, quality, and on-time delivery to drive continuous improvement.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while building high-performing teams.
  • Partner with executive leadership on broader production strategy and vision.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive leadership experience in a Manufacturing or Production role within the hardware development industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling manufacturing operations from prototype to full-rate production at the scale of thousands of units.
  • Hands-on experience in a rapidly evolving NPI environment, including defining, developing, and launching new products in production.
  • Deep experience with discrete manufacturing operations in a highly technical industry such as aerospace, defense, consumer electronics, medical devices, or automotive.
  • Experience with complex electromechanical systems is highly valued.
  • Strong strategic and tactical judgment with a relentless drive for continuous improvement and outcome orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
  • Proven ability to assess, attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent and build engaged teams.
  • Strong ability to lead in ambiguous, unstructured, and rapidly evolving environments; startup or fast-growing company experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is strongly preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
