Description

  • Lead the TRS finance team and provide leadership across division and business line finance functions.
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, program finance, strategic finance, and pricing.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting at the division, business line, product, and program levels.
  • Analyze actual results against forecasts, identify trends, and explain variances in financial performance.
  • Partner with senior TRS and corporate finance leaders to improve business performance, finance systems, tools, and processes.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Build bottoms-up, data-driven models for segmentation, pricing optimization, scenario planning, and investment returns.
  • Manage, grow, and hire a high-performing finance team and implement best practices and tools.
  • Own performance dashboards, KPI alerting, and investigations into KPI health.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and oversee customer program reporting, invoicing, and financial status reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • 10-15 years of finance experience in Big Tech, Defense, Large Manufacturing, or Government contracting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership position.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or Foundry.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning problems end-to-end in a finance function.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to understand the drivers behind financial results.
  • Highly technical, with precision, accuracy, and the ability to dissect complex quantitative problems.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to drive consensus and negotiate.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and in highly visible, accountable roles.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be security clearance eligible.
