Description

  • Develop and execute a strategy to expand and accredit Anduril’s classified infrastructure accreditation program across DoD, IC, and Congressional stakeholders.
  • Leverage external partnerships and internal technology development efforts to accelerate adoption of mission-critical technologies.
  • Build relationships with government policy makers, authorizing officials, and technical leaders to remove barriers to adoption.
  • Develop complete solutions for complex customer problems and help shape next-generation authorization processes.
  • Build and execute a data-driven strategy to capture and close strategic growth opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships across joint and allied forces to collect threat intelligence and understand evolving tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Increase Anduril’s exposure to relevant testing and evaluation events.
  • Collaborate with business executives to execute coordinated approaches to contracted business delivery.

Requirements

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50%, with higher travel possible.
  • STEM degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Deep technical aptitude in networking, cloud technologies, application development, hardware design, and/or cybersecurity.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant technical program management, operations, and/or engineering experience in the government and/or private sector.
  • Operational experience across a wide range of military functions is preferred, including C2 systems, targeting, air defense, drone employment, or underwater operations.
  • Proven ability to work across business functions and influence without authority is preferred.
  • Experience building and leading teams in stressful and ambiguous situations is preferred.
  • Comfort operating independently in isolated, dangerous, and dynamic environments is preferred.
  • Experience with the technical, programmatic, and operational challenges of autonomous weapon systems across command echelons is preferred.
  • Experience working with other cultures and navigating unfamiliar decision-making chains is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including experience briefing senior executives and defense leadership, is preferred.
