Description

  • Own and execute the full Deployment Operations lifecycle for the assigned program portfolio.
  • Plan and coordinate deployment of people and hardware across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Engineering, Technical Operations, Mission Operations, and Program Security leads to deliver deployments successfully.
  • Represent Deployment Operations in program reviews, planning forums, and customer engagements.
  • Communicate deployment status and needs using Jira, NetSuite, Airtable, Confluence, Slack, email, and meetings.
  • Create structured deployment plans to ensure personnel and hardware are in the right place at the right time.
  • Identify and remove obstacles for internal teams and external partners to keep programs moving.
  • Drive continuous improvement in deployment operations processes, tools, and trackers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Operations & Logistics Associates supporting the portfolio.
  • Build team capacity by hiring and developing talent as programs scale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or program management.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently, ideally in a hardware, manufacturing, or defense deployment environment.
  • Experience supporting or leading classified projects and working with U.S. government customers, including IC, DoD, or allied partners.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including confident briefing ability for senior leadership and government customers.
  • Proficiency with Jira, NetSuite, Airtable, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20% to 40%, including on short notice.
  • Ability to currently hold and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Active U.S. Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.
  • Prior intelligence community, military, or defense operations or logistics experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience in operations or logistics preferred.
  • Experience supporting fielded systems through sustainment and lifecycle operations preferred.
  • Comfort defining processes from scratch on emerging or rapidly scaling programs preferred.
