Description

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure business development, engineering, and production teams have the resources they need to execute.
  • Support the corporate planning cycle by building and monitoring performance against goals, financial plans, and headcount plans.
  • Translate growth signals into demand across operational infrastructure, including staffing, real estate, test ranges, classified infrastructure, and production.
  • Balance resource needs and execution risk against growth plans while monitoring financials to support profitability targets.
  • Support the division’s governance structure, including business reviews, annual planning, onboarding, and all-hands meetings.
  • Develop and evolve information pathways as the organization scales.
  • Support internal team operations such as employee onboarding, division-wide events, and business reviews.
  • Execute special projects across staffing, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure areas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, in a startup, or in finance or consulting.
  • Must be eligible to hold a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
  • Strong ownership, humility, and outcome orientation.
  • Highly detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Able to learn quickly and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tactical mindset with the ability to operate beyond a high-level strategic view.
