Description

  • Lead requirements-gathering workshops with digital, technical, commercial, and design stakeholders to define and redesign digital experiences for the new integration.
  • Work with the Fusion product team to align the capability roadmap and API development with digital delivery plans.
  • Articulate requirements and partner with technical architects to define API specifications supporting Services customer journeys across OAM and purchase.
  • Create and own delivery plans for digital development teams.
  • Work with Agile Delivery Managers to track progress against delivery plans.
  • Report delivery plans and development progress in programme working groups and project leadership forums.
  • Communicate upcoming customer experience changes and their impact to operational, marketing, and commercial teams across short-, medium-, and long-term migration phases.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering large-scale CRM transformation in a digital context.
  • Mandatory experience working with Salesforce.
  • Ideally experience with Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity).
  • Comfort leading and contributing to technical discussions, including API design and delivery.
  • Confidence facilitating sessions with a wide range of stakeholder types.
  • Desirable experience working in the energy or utilities sector.
  • Available for an initial six-month contract starting ASAP.
  • Fully remote working arrangement.
