Description

  • Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Manage and motivate geographically distributed, multi-vendor teams and complex client organizations.
  • Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to support successful delivery.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support preparation of large proposals and program plans.
  • Lead proposal presentations and help shape value-based client propositions.
  • Own and review program financials.
  • Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate program data and information for different audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs.
  • Experience with multi-country rollouts of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
  • Ability to lead teams in complex, multi-vendor, geographically distributed environments.
  • Experience leading consultant teams both locally and remotely.
  • In-depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success across IT, business, and change components.
  • Ability to define and apply well-structured program delivery frameworks.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Substantial proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.
  • Project-related mobility and willingness to travel.
