Description

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Own the growth marketing function and build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
  • Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities using emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation, analytics, and attribution models to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage complex marketing funnels, A/B testing frameworks, and experimentation roadmaps to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to create seamless customer journeys and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through B2B growth and demand generation programs.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators and contribute directly to company revenue growth.
  • Gather and incorporate market feedback, customer insights, and team input to refine growth strategies.
  • Provide thought leadership on market trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on growth or demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success driving significant customer acquisition and revenue growth in B2B crypto, fintech, or other complex/regulated industries.
  • Strong leadership experience, including direct management of marketing teams.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
  • Bonus points if you were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton.
