Description

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for the Transparency platform.
  • Lead and develop a team of senior product managers across four squads.
  • Drive prioritization and execution across onboarding and monitoring, transaction risk management, billing and revenue, and the data platform.
  • Define the API contract and integration model so other product teams can consume Transparency as a shared platform.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Security, Operations, Finance, and Sales to align decisions and delivery.
  • Build a deep understanding of system architecture, data models, ledger and account models, screening providers, and case management workflows.
  • Set and track adoption and performance metrics such as onboarding time, integration time, manual ops hours, billing accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for Transparency across the company and mediate between Compliance and product teams.
  • Shape how Transparency capabilities become differentiators for Anchorage and help define the org design, squad structure, and ways of working.
  • Present roadmap, strategy, and outcomes to leadership, partner teams, and external clients or regulators when needed.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Significant experience leading PMs and shipping compliance, financial crimes, payments, or banking infrastructure products in a regulated financial institution, exchange, or fintech.
  • People management experience leading and growing senior PMs across multiple squads or workstreams.
  • Direct experience with KYC/KYB, AML transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, case management, customer risk rating, or travel rule products.
  • Experience building internal platforms or external API products, including service contracts, integration models, SLAs, and adoption motions for internal customers.
  • Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction regulated businesses such as a national bank, broker-dealer, money transmitter, MAS, or EU-regulated environment.
  • Strong technical fluency with data models, APIs, system architecture, and event-driven workflows.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Operations.
  • Ability to serve as the single accountable senior product voice in high-stakes decisions.
  • Preferred: experience leading a compliance product org at a crypto exchange, custodian, or digital asset bank.
  • Preferred: experience building banking-as-a-service, custody-as-a-service, or payments-as-a-service compliance or transparency layers.
  • Preferred: direct experience with crypto-specific compliance challenges such as on-chain analytics, deposit attribution, smart contract counterparty risk, DeFi interactions, and crypto travel rule.
  • Preferred: experience leading a billing, revenue, or data platform inside a multi-product company.
  • Preferred: engineering background.
  • Preferred: experience working with regulators such as OCC, NYDFS, MAS, or EU authorities on novel product designs.
