Description

  • Support the development and iteration of Porto’s pricing models, packaging, and commercial strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker for business reviews and leadership decision-making.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitive positioning, and client feedback to inform the product roadmap and GTM decisions.
  • Identify reporting gaps and implement improvements to strengthen data visibility and insight generation.
  • Shape Porto’s client acquisition and growth strategy across asset managers, protocols, funds, and DeFi-native institutions.
  • Grow and operationalize Porto’s Featured dApp program, including partner sourcing, pricing, deal structures, and performance tracking.
  • Build business cases for new products, features, and expansion initiatives that create new revenue streams.
  • Partner with Sales on high-stakes deals, bespoke pricing, and complex institutional client needs.
  • Develop internal enablement materials such as positioning, competitive intelligence, and pricing frameworks.
  • Support co-marketing, referrals, and ecosystem-led growth initiatives with external partners.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, growth, business development, or GTM roles within crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • Direct experience with self-custody, wallets, or institutional crypto infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including protocols, yield mechanics, market structure, and risk considerations.
  • Proven experience building or influencing pricing models and monetization strategies.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels and perform ad-hoc analysis using your own data pulls.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to articulate Porto’s value proposition to institutional clients and ecosystem partners.
  • Experience at an institutional crypto platform, exchange, prime broker, or custody provider is preferred.
  • Experience launching or scaling ecosystem programs such as dApp marketplaces, partner programs, or referral models is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DAO governance, on-chain analytics, or protocol economics is preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau, or basic SQL/Python for analysis or automation is preferred.
