Description

  • Manage a portfolio of institutional clients and grow revenue through cross-selling and wallet-share expansion.
  • Originate, develop, and close new business opportunities across Anchorage Digital’s digital asset services.
  • Build account plans, sales strategies, and robust pipelines to support revenue growth.
  • Use the CRM system to track opportunities and provide visibility into the sales pipeline.
  • Work with high net worth, family office, crypto asset manager, and VC client segments to support broader sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and adjacent teams to solve client problems and drive new initiatives.
  • Represent Anchorage Digital as a trusted partner and ambassador in external client and industry relationships.
  • Apply judgment to structure deals, including pricing and operational solutions, and own the deal lifecycle from origination to closure.
  • Participate in hiring and recruiting activities, including referrals, interviews, events, and external presentations.
  • Stay current on the Anchorage platform, product offerings, company strategy, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Institutional account management experience in digital assets, financial services, and/or SaaS.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets in the APAC region.
  • Direct crypto industry experience and an established network are required.
  • Strong technical knowledge of digital assets.
  • Professional communication, negotiation, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to articulate Anchorage Digital’s value proposition.
  • A network of institutional clients and peers active in digital assets and/or fintech.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach.
  • Fluency in English and a local language.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
