Description

  • Craft, negotiate, and support vendor and partnership agreements with internal legal and TPRM partners.
  • Drive the vendor management process and support the full contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution and implementation.
  • Provide legal and digital asset guidance on vendor contracting, privacy, patents, and trademark matters.
  • Help improve the Legal department’s execution quality, efficiency, and scalability for vendor agreements.
  • Protect Anchorage from legal and reputational risk while maintaining commercially friendly contract terms.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on strategic legal communication issues and difficult real-time questions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with adjacent teams and senior stakeholders to solve problems and support business goals.
  • Contribute to hiring activities through referrals, interviews, recruiting events, and candidate engagement.
  • Support planning and goal-setting by aligning legal work with Anchorage’s broader strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience with contractual negotiations, especially vendor and partnership agreements.
  • Working knowledge of privacy, patents, and trademarks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex legal issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously with limited direction and set priorities under broad guidance.
  • Ability to evaluate multiple factors and choose appropriate legal methods and techniques.
  • Experience advising or supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a business environment.
  • Comfort communicating clearly and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: interest in digital assets and emerging trends shaping the industry.
  • Nice to have: prior involvement in hiring, interviewing, or external recruiting activities.
  • Nice to have: you were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton.
